PowderRoute OS: the quest for perfect snow
Planning a ski trip means stitching together snow reports, airfare, lodging, transfers, and points in separate tools that never talk to each other. PowderRoute OS is a research build that asks the whole question at once.

Every input decided in a different tab.
Snow conditions, fares, lodging, ground transfers, and the value of cards and points each live in their own tool, and each optimizes one axis. The cheapest flight lands far from good snow; the best snow has no direct flight. The traveler becomes the integrator, and the data goes stale while they compare. The question was whether one engine could score the whole trip, every axis together, and show its working.
Decompose. Digitize. Solve at the integrations.
The Sequence method, applied end to end — the same move that runs through every Digi-DNA project.
The trip is the unit
Reduce a ski trip to the decisions that make or break it: where the snow is, how to get there, where to stay, how to get around, and how to pay.
Specialists, one supervisor
Give each decision a specialist agent: intent, destinations, snow, flights, lodging, transfers, and wallet. All coordination runs through a single supervisor with verification gates.
Score the whole trip
Seven scoring engines rate every candidate, weighted by trip mode and less a risk penalty for stale data or fragile bookings, and the top five come back with a full audit trail.
This is Kernal applied to a consumer decision: specialists that never call each other directly, a supervisor that orchestrates and verifies, and an audit trail that shows why each answer ranked where it did.
One prompt. Five ranked trips.
- Eight specialist agents — parsing intent and covering destinations, snow, flights, lodging, transfers, wallet, and scoring, coordinated by one supervisor.
- Seven scoring engines — snow confidence, flight value, resort fit, lodging value, ground logistics, apres quality, and wallet value, weighted by mode.
- Auditable by design — every ranking carries risk flags and a human-readable explanation.
- Framed as R&D — a research build in early access; no performance figures are claimed here.
